South Sudan Artiste Arrested With Pistol And Live Ammunitions In Uganda

South Sudan musician, Kiir Angello, 34, was intercepted and arrested along Gulu – Nimule road with three others. Kiir had a pistol and 15 rounds of live ammunitions.

Upon interrogation, Kiir and the colleagues couldn’t give proper account of themselves and the pistol, they were arrested and detained at Atiak police station.

ASP PJ Okema, PRO-ASWA identified the suspects as:
1- Lemi Chris aged 36 years a resident of Ndejje Kanyanya, wakiso District, a driver.

2- Kiir Angello 34 years, a South Sudanese from Juba, an artist (musician).

3- Bol Ngor 29 years, a South Sudanese businessman from Juba.

4- Safi Adam 33 years, a driver, a resident of Bweyale, Kiryandongo District.

Suspects are in police custody on charges of being in possession of illegal firearm..
